With Coastal Cleaning, our commercial clients have the benefit of setting their own hours. Our approach is completely flexible and we will attend your business premises at a time that suits your use of the site. For example, we can be there early mornings before the day begins and staff arrive, or in the evenings when everyone has already left for the day.
We have comprehensive insurane, Public Liability insurance and employer’s liability insurance. Covered up to £10,000,000.
We tailor our cleaning service entirely to your requirements.
At Coastal Cleaning, we have a broad mix of commercial clents, where we might attend a premise once or twice a week. Whereas, for our educational and health sites we would visit these daily. Whatever the size of your business, we build a service around your needs.
As far as is practical, we will aim to always provide you with the same cleaner. However, in instances of sickness or holiday, we will inform you in advance of a new cleaner taking over.
It is our goal to maintain continuity with our clients by using the same cleaning staff. We understand that this builds trust and extensive knowledge of a client’s site, which ensures a high-standard clean each time. Plus, it often leads to increased security for our customers.
All of our managers and supervisors receive comprehensive training that helps them to supervise and manage our clients sites with Coastal Cleaning’s strict cleaning guidelines and standards.
Each of our cleaners and cleaning operatives receive an in-house and in-situ training in all areas required for them to perform their duties accurately.
All Health and Safety issues and key company policies are also covered during employee inductions.
As part of our rigorous recruitment process, we obtain a pervious employer’s reference and required proof of address. We take a copy of our employee’s passports and driving licenses for our records.
And where appropriate, our cleaners will also be DBS chceked to ensure maximum security.
We supply all the equipment, machinery, materials and labour to carry out all our cleaning tasks to our agreed price.
Additionally, we can also supply regular consumables like toilet rolls, hand towels, refuse sacks, sbin liners and much more.
Coastal Cleaning serves most areas throughout South West Wales, including Pembrokeshire, Camarthenshire and Swansea.
